Is 2yrs 9mths considered long? 2yrs 2mths in the army is considered damn damn long, so I would think that 2yrs 9mths is a long period of time. Why in particular 33mths? Today, yes today, the 6th of May 2005, my gf, Shiqi, and I are celebrating our 33mths together. Started 8mths before my enlistment, on the 6th of Aug 2002, this relationship has followed through my NS years, been through thick and thin, suffered through my numerous burnt weekends, cascaded through joy and sadness, inculcated with much love. She has always been there for me when I most needed her, she has accompanied me through the downs of my life, she has also shared the joys of my life. For all that I've done wrong in the past 33months and brought to you misery, for all that I've done wrong bringing you unhappiness, I shall say I'm Sorry, please forgive my childishness, my outrageous temper, my stupidity. For those many more months ahead, I wanna say I LOVE YOU. Happy 33rd month!
