Bad day!

Today is a bad day! Quarrelled with mum, dad threw away my Chocolate Box from Germany which I wanted to keep. Damn.

Going for Camp tommorrow till Sunday. Enjoy myself there. Heck!

Went to watch The Break Up last Saturday with ah lian. Quite a funny show, but the ending was bad. Or rather there wasnt a ending. Maybe thats the way things goes these days, it just happen without any propoer ending, leaving it to the audience's imagination and probably its easier for them to write a sequel.

Sun went to watch Ghost Game with ah lian again and fax also. It was lousy horror movie, more of a comedy to me. Plot was bad, lacks storyline, no suspense. Conclusion" Don't waste your time and money on it. lolx..

Boring

1st week of school just passed by like this. Nothing much, Still rather slack, 3 and a half months of holiday mood still lingers around. Got to switch back to studious mode fast. Spent a great deal on textbooks, broke now.

Tomorrow is my unit's Passing Out Parade for the Sec4/5s, got to reach unit at 8am, followed by .38 revolver shooting competition prelims shoot at Home Team Academy.

Next week there is nothing much lined up for me, except for the weekends, I'm going for my area's Adventure Training Camp. 3days 2night at Pulau Ubin.

Yesterday night supposed to play billards at Taman Jurong with Shawn and Co. Ended up at NUH A&E instead. Lolx..Shawn has a bugging headache for quite sometime already, last night after our jog, he felt dizzy, so drove him to the hospital instead. This is the 2nd time I sent people to the A&E, 1st time was Chongliang, also in the middle of the night, waited the entire night. Last night was better, last people I presumed. Lolx..So its always good to have a license I supposed, you never know when you will need it to save lives. Luckily Shawn is okay, referred to a specialist, given some medication thats all. The Doc said it might be due to stress. Some Tension headache shit.

Reached home at 5am, went to sleep, got woke up at 11am! Damn! Some cock neighbours upstairs are drilling some shit holes, making a hell loads of noise. Lack of sleep.

Went for swim in school with Shiyun on wed before our lecture. Been quite some time since I swam, after 20laps, I concussed le. Shiyun is much fitter than me!!! She swam 30laps!! Shame on me! Really old le..hahax.. That night went for a jog too. Yesterday went jogging too! Should really keep up with this healthy lifestyle. lolx..

I just realised I got to give the Standard Chartered Marathon at the end of this year a miss! Its on the 3rd Dec, and screw it, I've got a paper on the 4th and 6th. What the heck!

There is a NUS-NPCC Welcome Tea for the freshies at 1830hr later. I'm not going man, its my free day and still go to school?!

Meeting Ah Lian for Dinner later in the evening.

Its a school day!!

Yeah! After a long long wait, its finally back to school. But I'm screwed, gonna wake up at 0830 later and I still awake now. Went to bed at 3am, rolled about but just can't get to sleep so here I am now at this hour blogging. Can't help, had been sleeping at 6-7am in the morning for the past week. Hope my Bio clock can be adjusted back pretty soon.

My timetable is pretty screwed this semester. Start Mon at 10am to 1800hr, Tues and Wed only lesson at 1400-1600. Thurs's only lesson at 1830 to 2130. Crap! But at least its still 4day week. I could not get Financial Acct. I will try to bid again in Rd3. Bidded for a Law module instead and got it for 1 pt. Intro to Commercial Law. Wanted to take Intro to legal system in SG but exams date clashes with core module. Sianx..

Well..Did nothing much over the weekends. Sat, I stayed at home the entire day to watch DVDs. Garfield 2, Pride and Prejudice, Priates of the Carribean. Garfield 2 is lame. Sit back and relax kind of movie which doesnt require much of the brain. Entertaining though. Pride and Prejudice is a good show. Its a love story going through a battle of the sexes, pride, social rank, social status b/w and women. It has a happy ending though, seeing couples from different social rank and backfground ending up together. Fell asleep watching Priates of the Carribean. Maybe I not suited to watch this kind of movie, willing continue some other day. lolx. My super Ex girlfriend is a good catch too. Light hearted and hilarlious movie. She's the man is a damn funny show too, a girl acting up as her brother just to play soccer in the school team, fell in love with her rommie. Happy ending too.

Was supposed to meet up with Shiqi on Sat morning but I called off the thing. If she is not interested, then I cannot be bothered either. End of story.

After watching DVDs the whole day, went to watch some Street Parade National Day celebrations organised by BoonLay Sec in the evening with Shawn. It was something like Chingay, they blocked up the entire street and had rows of spectators stand by the road with perfomance going by. It was followed by a staged performance at the park near home. Guests includes Kelly and Weilian. It was great hearing them sing live. Should have heard Kelly sing "Bei Ai De Nu Ren" unplugged. Outstanding! She also sung "Ai Wu Li". WeiLian sung his usual "TongHua", some hokkien song and also "Ai hen Nan". Now I really understand why WeiLian won the superstar competition. When Kelly got on stage, the crowd were all still seated orderly only a few screams here and there but when WeiLian got on stage, everyone stood up and rushed to the front, suddenly everyone took out the cameras and start taking photos, Fans came prepared with Signages of WeiLian and they are started screaming. Finale song was a duet by both of them, "Ni Zhui Zhen Gui".

Sunday woke up in the afternoon. Nobody at home. Switched on my laptop which was left untouched throughout my vacations. Updated some stuff and programs, downloaded my lecture notes, charged it, all ready for school. Asked Ah Lian out to IMM. Went shopped around then had dinner at this Noodle Hut. 2 of us ordered so much food, eat till wanna puke..lolx..After Dinner sat at Macdonalds to chit chat till 10plus then came home.

Took some formal clothing and passed them to Weiyang for his presentation later. Good Luck for your presentation!

Nothing much happened on Friday too, went unit for parade.

Thurs night met up with KJ and KL for supper, talk talk talk till 7am in the morning. Lolx. KJ, rememeber wor, "Motion creates Emotion", this is not what I said, Anthony Robbins said it, The way we move, changes the way we think, feel and behave.

Damn..its almost 6am already..Back to bed..

Basic Instinct 2

I'm just done with the show Basic Instinct 2. Its a great show, beautiful ending. Its really a must watch for all Psychology Students. The entire show is about fucking up minds. It shows how true manipulation really works with meticulous planning where one's mind is so fucked that he doesn't know what is the truth anymore. With 3 different people telling you 3 different stories about the same thing, its no joke that your mind gets fucked.

The best part of the story is the ending, when Sharon Stone narrated the flip side of the coin, you don't really know who killed who, you don't really know who is telling the truth, your mind has been fucked and you end up in a Asylum for reasons you may or may not know.

I guess that is the most interesting part about the study of human behavior and psychology. The ability to manipulate people to think and act in conjunction with you. That is how sales people work, that is how motivational speakers work, that is how psychologists work, they simply fucks up your mind in a positive way I guess.

Thats all with Adam Khoo's (A millionaire at age 26) Neuro Linguistic Programming, or Anthony Robins's (A millionaire at age 25) Neuro Associative Conditioning. Putting it in simple and crude terms, knowing how to fuck up another person's mind earns you big bucks at a very young age! Of course when you put it to legal and good use.

I think thats the reason why people say psychologists read minds. In fact, they don't, what they probably do is screw your mind to think in a way they want you to, and when your mind is screwed, there you go, you will think they can read you! Simple! Yes, this thought is scary, but if its to your own benefits then why not? By the way, NLP and NAC were created by Psychologists and psychiatrists, the 2 smart fellows just adopted them and succeeded in life.

Wake me up when September Ends

Itwas a great day spent at KL. Did not buy much. Only 2 Samuel and Kevin shirts that cost S$8 and S$10. Really cheap. Bought a jacket from Polo Jeans Co, cost S$103. KL is having mega sale, something like our GSS. Everything is going at dirt cheap prices. Had dinner at Manhatten Fish, the prices over there as compared to our SG outlet at PS really differs quite a bit. Its cheaper there of course. Spent a total of $150 in Malaysia, shopping and dining.

Sorry Kaijun, I did not manage to get any food stuff. I did not go to any of those Auntie Marketplace where they sell tonnes of food and stuff. Was hanging around Times Sq and KLCC the whole day. Asked you what you want, tell me food! Greedy! lolx..

Its 6th Aug today. My handphone reminder went off at 0000hr just now as I was on the North-South Highway returning to SG. The 2 reminders were not set by me, probably set a long time ago. The 1st one reads, "our anniv..hahahaz 4th", the 2nd one reads, "rem to say I m pretty". The msges probably don't mean anything now but still I will say, Yes, you are pretty. Didnt say it enough in the past, and it doesnt even matter anymore.

Summer is coming to an end soon, its gonna be autumn soon. My favourite season. My birthday is coming soon amidst Autumn too. Suddenly thought of the song,

Kuala Lumpur!!!

I will be leaving for KL in an half an hr's time. Zhongliang will be driving Daphne and me there. Its shopping time again! Don't know what's there to buy over there, just go and see see look look. Things should be dirt cheap there with the currency at S$1 to RM2.30. Will be coming back tonight, wont be staying overnight there. Anything important, still can reach me, I will be on roaming. Important means "your call can help me earn $$$" if not please don't call. hahax. If its life threatening, call 995 or 999, call me I cannot help you, it takes 4hrs to drive back to SG, you will be dead by then. No lah..just crapping, just call me if anything, anything at all.

Well, met up with Chicken with Fax last night. Been a long long time since I last saw her! Talked for long long hrs deep into the night. Its great meeting up and catching up with old friends. She is gonna work in NUS soon! I can meet her up everyday le, ehhh, no not everyday, if nothing goes wrong with CORS, I will be on a 3day week again this semester and up till now, it is still promising. lolx!

This semester's module bidding is not as stressful as the previous 2 sems. Maybe more experienced already, or I'm just lucky. Got 3 of my Psyc modules at 1pt each! Unbelievable. Maybe I have been Suay enough, so its time to get lucky man!

Speaking of Suayness, my dear Winnie misplaced her camera at Sentosa the day before just before we left the Island. The camera just disappeared miraculously. Made a lost report at the Ranger Station, hopefully some kind soul will pick it up and return to her. We took so many photos that day, all gone. Luckily we developed a photo at the Island Life shop taken by the staff there, so thats the only photo we have left!

Sabrina, Winnie, Jacky and myself were at Sentosa the entire day, played the Sentosa Luge 1st. Totally lame, highly not recommended! lolx.. $8 for 1 ride and $15 for 3 rides. We bought the 3 rides one of course. I think its just not Winnie's day, on the last ride, she hit the kerb and suffered from some abrasions on the shin and knee. Hmm..although its lame, but still its some kind of an experience.

Hit the beach next, but we lost our way due to some crap renovation works all over the Island, end up at some herbs garden and back to the Luge place, took a bus to the beach in the end. Took the Tram at the beach transfer point to Siloso beach then U-turn back change to another Tram went to Palawan beach. Settled down at Palawan beach and soaked in the sea for hours.

Went to PS for Pizza hut because harborfront does not have an outlet. Bad Service man! Real bad service! This is not the 1st time I have problems with Pizza hut. 3rd time I think! 1st time was at PS also before they renovated, 2nd time was at JP and now the 3rd time at PS again. The dumbfucked manager by the name of Jennifer got STUNNED by me. I asked her whether PizzaHut charges a service fee, she told yes, all pizzahut outlets in SG charges service charge! DUH! End up she offered to waived off the service charge! But still I do not recommend the place to dine. LOUSY! I think they don't know what is GEMS. They should really learn something from Macdonalds!!

Other than the Pizzahut incident, the day was great!!!! Soaking up on the beach and Suntanning is my favorite thing to do. Sabrina found it boring. lolx..She is just not a beach person! Wrong person to visit the beach with! hahax...We go underwater world next time k..lolx...

Yesterday, I sold a showerhead and some products and earned myself some bucks! On top of my little profit, my aunt gave me a 100bucks to spend! Good things happen to me because I've been doing alot of good deeds! lolx.. I shall keep up the good job!

I think I will see her everyday in all classes, like last sem I see Anqi everyday also! lolx.. Do not know what mods Anqi is taking, if no same mods as her then sianzzz, nobody to SUAN during classess, life would be so boring! hahahax..No lah, I will miss you de Anqi!

Weight: 74.7kg
Body Fats: 14.5%

Muscle Mass: 60.4kg
Bone Mass: 3.3kg
Metabolism Rate: 1836kcal/day
Metabolic age: 17yr old

I did not lose much weight in fact. I think the weighing scale in my house is really spoilt. But the great thing is I lost a lot of FATS!!! And all the fats are converted into muscle mass!!! GOOD!! At least I know that all that I've lost are not just water. I'm gonna work on it more, I need to lose another 4.7kg to reach 70kg!! Body fats should be at 12% or less. Way to GO!!!!!!
