GOOD NEWS!!
In May, my body condition goes like this:
Weight: 77.9kg
Body Fats: 23.8%
Water Mass: 55.8%
Muscle Mass: 56.3kg
Bone Mass: 3.1kg
Metabolism Rate: 1722kcal/day
Metabolic age: 30yr old
Today, my body condition goes like this:
Weight: 74.7kg
Body Fats: 14.5%
Water Mass: 62.3%
Muscle Mass: 60.4kg
Bone Mass: 3.3kg
Metabolism Rate: 1836kcal/day
Metabolic age: 17yr old
I did not lose much weight in fact. I think the weighing scale in my house is really spoilt. But the great thing is I lost a lot of FATS!!! And all the fats are converted into muscle mass!!! GOOD!! At least I know that all that I've lost are not just water. I'm gonna work on it more, I need to lose another 4.7kg to reach 70kg!! Body fats should be at 12% or less. Way to GO!!!!!!
