~Delighted~

1st day of the week! As I was saying, with strong desire, whatever you want for will be achieved. My target for this coming week is to sell at least 2 PLASMA TV. TODAY, just TODAY, the 1st day of this week, Monday, I sold my 1st PLASMA TV, and also 2 sets of 20" LCD TV! The guy who bought the 42" TV from me is a ARMY regular officer, a MTA scholar. He walked in at about 1900hr looking at LCD TVs, so i approached him and rendered him help. He started asking all sort of Qns, and so I answer one after another, I even made a few calls to my boss regarding his Qns. So in the end, he said he will go back and make some meausurments and he will be back later. Haha! I thought damnz, just another customer who said will be back, but never would be. I carried on with my work, totally forgotten about this guy, becuz outta 50 customers I served a day, probably only 1 who said he will be back, will be back. At about 2030hrs, I thought of knocking off le, my knock off time is 2100hr, but weekdays, there are very few shoppers so we normally leave early but dunno why, i chose to stay, haha..and ofcuz luckily i stayed. 10mins later, the guy came back and looked for me, bought the TV from me. He told me the reason why he committed and came back was becuz I was very committed in serving him earlier on. So now I know, AFTER SALES SERVICE is standard, everyone is doing it, PRE SALE SERVICE is a MUST, not everyone can provide it though.
So I have already achieved 50% of my target for this week. Way to GO!!!!! I will continue to STRIVE!
