Happy Teachers' Day!
This story begins 23 years ago, in the morning on 1st Sep 1983, a cute little boy was born. This cute little boy, was thereafter given the name "Wei Wen". So 23 years later, this cute little boy is now 23yr old, duh.. Not quite a great man yet, but going to be soon!
So this was how this cute boy celebrated his birthday this year.
31st Aug: Went to Comex at Expo with Ah Lian. Met Huiyin, her bf and sister on the train on the way there. Huiyin flew to China for exchange for a semester this morning. Ah Lian bought a new Kodak Camera at the Comex fair. After that, went to Changi Airport to have dinner at Swensen, then rotted at Pacific Coffee till late. Thank you for the Swensen's treat and the Adidas Shirt!
1st Sep: Went to Sentosa at noon time. Enjoyed the Sun, Sand and the Sea. There were a lot of kids and mothers, less of Bikini babes. lolx..After which met up with more people, after dinner went to a KTV pub to chill till late. After KTV, Shawn drove us to AMK, our kindergarden, the 4 of us took a photo outside our kindergarden where we knew each other 17yrs ago. Cheers to 17yrs of friendship. Together with us was RenCai, who shares the same birthday as me, but a year older. Thank you Shawn for the fruit cake and for driving us around the whole day. Happy Birthday to you too Rencai!
2nd Sep: Slept till noon. Met up with Winnie and Sabrina at Kster in Chinatown. Of course we went K-ing. Thank you both for the KTV session, for the present, which is very useful! and for the dinner too! We sung from 3-7. Then had Chicken Rice for dinner, then went for dessert!! Sinful! lolx.. Had a great day though!
3rd Sep: Supposed to meet up with Christine, whom had owe me a date since the start of the year? Or was it last year? Well, nevermind, wasnt important anymore. But she has got something on, so not going out le. So for now, shall slack at home tomorrow and maybe do some of my readings.
Well..Thatz all for my birthday celebrations. Simple, different people but fun and enjoyable. Not many gifts but its okie, too old for prezzie anyway. lolx..What matters most is at least there are people who remembers my birthday. I think if there is one day where no one remembers your birthday, that would be the saddest thing that can happen. So for now, I'm glad. And also, birthday celebrations when you are single can be fun too!!!!!
