Wonderful weekends
As mentioned earlier, I really did slacked my entire weekends away.
Sat went for my school openhouse from 9am-4pm. Below is a post of some of the photos taken, they are mainly my publicity photos actually. lolx..My job at the open house is mainly to be at the NPCC booth and smile to people that comes along. Spoke to a few parents and primary 6 kiddos. Went for dinner after the open house with AhLian, and chilled at CoffeeBean till 10+pm and home I went.
Sun, met up Shumin at Raffles City with Teck Siong and another 2 of Shumin's friends. She wanted to pass me some survey forms to be completed for her FYP. Gosh! Her survey are meant for people of age 40-70! Thanks ar ger, for such a good deal! Had lunch at BK Raffles City, afterwhich Tecksiong and Beeling left. We went to plat pool and bowling at marina square. Been such a long long time since I last went bowling, maybe a decade ago?! Well, didnt played well, guess its all rusty already, 2 games, 1st game was 121. 2nd game was 117. Lousy scores. But it was fun nevertheless. Next to our lane there is this little kiddo with his coach. This kiddo looks like maybe primary 3? He played 5 games and his highest score was 178!! Incredible!
Slpt very late on sun night, went to school drowsy today. Couldnt pay attention during Cognitive lecture and slept through half of social psy lecture. At least I did some studying after dinner just now.
I got back my Cognitive Psyc Term paper today. I thought I'm screwed, but I guess the Prof was lenient in marking. He bracketed my introductory paragraph and remarked, "I cannot understand this - Can you?" Lolx..Obviously I cannot understand as well, the whole chunk was lifted from some journal article which was properly cited of course. If the Prof doesnt understand something from a journal article, how would I? Well, I got a B-. Not good, but I'm glad I didnt fail.
Results for my GEK 1500 Quiz was posted on IVLE, I got 51/60. I don't know the avg and SD yet, so cant judge if thats a good score. But at least it looks better than my previous quiz which was 36.5/60. Improvement! Way to go!
I should be able to finish up my lab report by tommorrow. After stats tutorial I shall analyse my data and print it out and complete my results and discussion portion. Only then can I go full swing into studying for finals. Doesnt feel good with something left undone, hanging in the air.
As for now, sleep is what I need most. Good night!
